‘The explosives used in the deadly Boston Marathon bombing were contained in 6-liter pressure cookers and hidden in black duffel bags on the ground, a person briefed on the investigation told The Associated Press on Tuesday.
One of the explosives contained shards of metal and ball bearings, and another contained nails, the person said.’ (source)

University of Mobile’s Cross Country Coach, who was near the finish line of the Boston Marathon when a series of explosions went off, said he thought it was odd there were bomb sniffing dogs at the start and finish lines.“They kept making announcements on the loud speaker that it was just a drill and there was nothing to worry about,” Coach Ali Stevenson told Local 15. “It seemed like there was some sort of threat, but they kept telling us it was just a drill.”

A startling report from Paul Joseph Watson has revealed that officials may have had prior knowledge of an impending terror attack.
An eyewitness to the two explosions at the Boston Marathon today said that a “drill” was repeatedly announced before the bombs exploded and that he “thought it was odd” bomb sniffing dogs were in place before the blast.
University of Mobile’s Cross Country Coach Ali Stevenson told Local 15 News, ““They kept making announcements on the loud speaker that it was just a drill and there was nothing to worry about. “It seemed like there was some sort of threat, but they kept telling us it was just a drill.”
The news station also reports that Stevenson “thought it was odd there were bomb sniffing dogs at the start and finish lines.”
Stevenson then describes hearing the explosions as he ran away from the scene, having just completed the marathon.
If this report is accurate, it clearly suggests there could have been some degree of prior knowledge of the bombing, which killed two people and injured at least 23.

Multiple explosions have rocked the Boston Marathon, causing at least two deaths and tearing apart numerous limbs.
A third explosion is now being reported at JFK Library with officials searching the city for any other previously placed bombs.
A report from CBS News documented those that have been confirmed dead:
Two bombs exploded near the finish of the Boston Marathon on Monday, killing two people, injuring 22 others and sending authorities rushing to aid wounded spectators at America’s oldest and most prestigous marathon, race organizers and police said.
One runner, a Rhode Island state police officer, said he saw at least two dozen people with very serious injuries, including missing limbs.
About two hours after the winners crossed the finish line, there was a loud explosion on the north side of Boylston Street, just before the photo bridge that marks the line. Another explosion could be heard a few seconds later.
During a news conference featuring Boston officials, it was confirmed that a third explosion had hit but that information was still trickling in that could confirm that.
The first two explosions occurred during the last mile of the race which had been dedicated to the Newtown victims families.
The last mile of the marathon was dedicated to the victims of the Newtown shooting. Family members were at the race near the finish line but no injuries to those families have been reported.
Fox News has also confirmed that there are reports that a suspect whom suffered shrapnel wounds is being guarded at a local Boston hospital.

Louisville Courier-Journal: McConnell Tape Contents Are "Despicable" and the "Real Story"
In a blistering editorial on Sunday, the Louisville Courier-Journal, the largest newspaper in Kentucky, weighed in on the controversy kicked up by the Mother Jones article disclosing a tape that captured Republican Sen. Mitch McConnell and his campaign aides at a private strategy session laughing about using actor/activist Ashley Judd’s past struggles with depression and her religious views as political ammunition, should Judd challenge McConnell for his seat. The newspaper derided the super-PAC that reportedly was connected to the tape, but it unloaded on McConnell, who is up for reelection next year:
The contents of the audio are as despicable as they are damaging, leaving Mr. McConnell unable to defend them. Instead, he blustered he was the victim of “Watergate style” bugging by left-leaning enemies and demanded an FBI investigation.
The paper, which McConnell targeted for a “Whac-A-Mole” offensive at that meeting, blasted McConnell for ducking the true issue at hand:
Mr. McConnell has masterfully diverted public attention from the offensive content of the tape—which is the real story here—to his outrage over how it was obtained. McConnell campaign manager Jesse Benton called the tactics “comparable only to Richard Nixon’s efforts to bug Democratic Party Headquarters.”
But how it was obtained—reportedly by at least one member of Progress Kentucky recording it outside the closed door of the McConnell campaign meeting—falls short of the “Watergate style” bugging Mr. McConnell and staff conjured up.
The tape, the newspaper contended, was just another reason why Kentucky needs to replace the five-term senator:
He has long ceased to serve the state, instead serving the corporate interests he counts on for contributions and leading obstruction that continues to plague Congress. He needs a credible opponent and a serious effort by people ready to advance the interests of Kentucky and its citizens.
With his I’m-the-victim act, McConnell may have nudged the narrative in his favor, but he did not win over the Courier-Journal.

Will the Real Zombies Please Stand Up?

Zombies are currently all the rage. Between movies, books, games, television shows, and other media, the concept of a zombie apocalypse is very popular. And before you accuse yours truly of losing his mind, you should not; the accompanying picture is brought to you courtesy of the CDC.
Also, I read that Russia was testing a beam weapon, which was introduced by Russian defense minister Anatoly Serdyukov that could fight back against a zombie attack. The Australia’s Herald Sun reports that this Russian weapon could transform humans into zombies.
I began to wonder if there really is some truth to the rumors coming out of the mainstream media (MSM) about the plausibility of something transforming humans into zombies, which would, in-turn, terrorize humanity.
In October of 2012, Navy special-operations forces, along with the Marines, took part in a DHS drill on an island off the coast of San Diego. This is not unusual until one considers the fact that the entire drill was based upon a zombie invasion. This drill was not a parody, as the exercise was also attended by former CIA director Michael Hayden.
Let me be clear on this point, DHS director, Janet Napolitano is not secretly concerned that the undead will soon overrun the human population. Instead, the agency said it wanted to make a serious counter-terrorism training exercise more fun. ABC news reported the event as an example of wasteful spending. In fact, Senator Tom Coburn (R-Okla.) told ABC News that DHS also spent “$ 30,000 on an underwater robot for Columbus, Ohio, $ 240,000 for a armored personnel carrier to protect New Hampshire’s annual pumpkin festival and $ 69,000 for a hovercraft in Indianapolis.” Wasteful spending, more fun? What a great way to hide what DHS is truly up to.
And just when it could not get any weirder, it is now reported that FEMA will hold a Zombie Apocalypse/Alien Invasion drill in Moscow, Idaho on April 27th, from 9 am to 5 pm with 100 participating actors. DHS scrubbed the notice of the drill from its website. However, the drill is still a go as evidenced by the fact that the County Coordinator, Sandi Rollins, for the Moscow, Idaho area is listed as being the local person in charge of the drill. The National Geographic Channel Popularizes the “Zombie Threat”
The National Geographic Channel produced a docudrama entitled The Truth Behind Zombies. The threat from zombies begins as an outbreak in which humans exhibit an extreme level of violence and entranced states as they plunge into absolute madness. Within days, the epidemic spreads and humanity is gripped with fear. The show speculates that there is something behind the zombie myth. The show then proceeds to speculate on whether a mutated virus could create a vast army of zombies, and the producers go so far as to teach viewers how to survive such a threat.
Before running for the hills, it might be useful to recall that National Geographic has always been a CIA enterprise. And it is interesting that this show surfaced in proximity to the zombie drills sponsored by DHS.
Occam’s Razor
Against all common sense, I began to wonder if there could really be something to the legends of zombies and if DHS actually knew something that we did not about this potential threat. Being a researcher, I began to systematically examine each and every instance of the reports of threatening zombies using the principle known as Occam’s Razor which states that the simplest answer is most often correct answer.
The Russian Zombie Death Ray Gun
Upon closer examination, the zombie-creating death ray is no more than a crowd control device capable of inflicting massive painand mind-control. The hordes of newly created Russian Zombies were no more than dissidents who needed to be brought under control. And the Russian weapon is similar to the “microwave heater” used by the US government for the same purpose. Although the zombie-producing ray gun is a myth, the fact that the weapon is a crowd control device is highly significant.
DHS Zombie Defense Drills
When we strip away the zombie hype in the media, the zombie preparation drill in October of last year, according to the videotape evidence, is no more than a glorified target practice session designed to practice shooting humans.
Below is a two-minute clip of the zombie preparedness drills sponsored by DHS.
It is very difficult for anyone, who is not dumber than a box of rocks, to find the real threat posed by zombies in this video. The important thing to remember about this exercise is that the targets were human, and they were unarmed.
DHS Training Exercises and Manuals
When one considers the leaked US Army Military Police training manual, which details how military assets are to be used to stop acts of civil disobedience, to confiscate firearms and even murder Americans on American soil, along with characterizing as terrorists Americans who are “suspicious of centralized federal authority,” and are Christians who believe the Bible is the literal word of God.
This doesn’t seem to be an unreasonable question to ask. What the hell is DHS up to? Who are the real zombies? This is a very reasonable question to ask especially with DHS purchasing billions of rounds of ammunition, placing orders for 2700 armored personnel carriers and placing solicitations for 7,000 fully automatic rifles. One should become very suspicious as to the true motives of DHS.
Who Could Ever Forget?
Do you remember when the DHS got caught using the images of these people as target practice? The pregnant woman is a zombie, as is the little boy and the elderly lady. And just like the zombies in San Diego and soon to be in Moscow, Idaho, DHS has simply replaced the term domestic terrorist with the term zombie.
America, YOU Are the Zombies
A mythical zombie invasion is a politically correct way to practice shooting American citizens in a civilian uprising. This only makes sense: can you imagine if it were discovered that our military, DHS forces and foreign assets were practicing for civilian uprisings? It would serve to awaken a lot of the sheep who mistakenly believe that DHS was actually put in play to protect you from al Qaeda. Also, when you train your troops to be shooting at zombies, it dehumanizes the target and desensitizes the act, thus, making it easier to pull the trigger.
Conclusion
The battle lines have been drawn; only most Americans are still unaware that they are about to the most hunted prey on the planet. Field Marshal Napolitano, on behalf of the globalists, has declared most Americans to be enemies of the illegitimate State.
When you go to bed tonight, instead of counting sheep, instead, maybe you should think about waking up a few sheep.

"Don’t Rush For Gold" - What A Real Hard Currency Mine Looks Like
When it comes to mining for alternative currencies, there is this:

“Don’t run! Slow down! Just don’t run!” I repeated this non-stop to myself like an incantation. Indeed, it is hard even to pace quickly – let alone run — when you have to breathe in the rarefied air and wear a supplied protective helmet and brand-new rigid boots with steel toes.
I also had to look out for giant trucks the size of three-story houses chugging around. It was difficult to keep my emotions under control during the few hours on this tight assignment. I was at an altitude of over 4,000 meters above sea level near the Chinese border, inside a huge open-pit gold mine at Kumtor, Kyrgyzstan’s largest gold asset, operated by Toronto-based Centerra Gold. Gigantic trucks and excavators worked non-stop in the snow-clad pit, looking like characters from a fantasy movie. As if playing a computer game, an excavator operator elegantly manipulated small joysticks – just five scoops full of ore, and almost 200 tones were loaded into a truck in about one minute.
In line with Centerra Gold’s tough requirements, I passed two medical checks before I started working at these giddy heights. A day before, we had to stay for the night at a guest house located at about 1,700 meters above sea level to get accustomed to high altitudes before ascending to Kumtor. The gold mine is the world’s second highest-altitude gold deposit after Peru’s Yanacocha mine. Some vehicles never even stop their engines in these ferocious conditions of Arctic tundra and permafrost.
Finally, the work of hundreds of workers, dozens of huge machines and the state-of-art gold-extracting mill reached its logical conclusion accomplished by just two workers. Moving like extra-terrestrials in their silvery heatproof overalls and helmets, they slowly poured dazzling, bright orange molten gold from a crucible into molds.
Minutes later, four bars containing around 80 percent pure gold and worth $ 2.6 million were ready for polishing. A worker wearing a mask closed the curtain of his glass booth to polish a 20 kg bar inside.
I saw gold dust shine in the light of bright lamps illuminating the booth. After being photographed as though they were prestigious models on a catwalk, the four shiny bars were then stamped and sealed in massive vaults. I have seen batches of banknotes worth more than $ 2.6 million, but beyond all doubt, gold bars look much more attractive!
When I left the hot melting shop, I saw a crystal clear sky over the Kumtor mine outside. As our team prepared for the 400 km (248 mile) ride back to the Kyrgyz capital Bishkek, I raised my camera to shoot a final general view of the plateau. In the bright sunlight, a few tiny specks of gold dust were still glittering on my lens and camera.
